Humberto Garcia grew up in Mexico and started working with horses at the age of sixteen. In 1980, he moved to New Mexico to work at Salem Park Racetrack with Thoroughbred racehorses. Humberto began working as a stable technician at the New Jersey Equine Clinic in 2001. He lives with his wife and daughter in Neptune, NJ and enjoys walks on the shore with his family in his free time.

Debbie Hartrum is originally from South Brunswick, NJ.  She was an avid horse lover from an early age and acquired her first horse when she was thirteen years old. Debbie has extensive horse experience from working with Standardbred horses for over 20 years.  She became a welcome addition to the New Jersey Equine Clinic in 2015.  In her free time she competes in combined driving events throughout NJ.

Courtney McDevitt has been working with horses since 2012 in varied capacities, from a trail guide to live on-site barn management assistant. Courtney enjoys low level eventing on her lease horse. Courtney began working as a stable technician at the New Jersey Equine Clinic in 2019. She lives with her boyfriend, three dogs , and a group of chickens on their little homestead in Browns Mills, NJ. Courtney enjoys growing and maintaining her vast succulent and houseplant collection and vegetable gardening in her free time.
